• Watch your screens carefully while in operation.
• Ensure that no objects are present that could prevent the screen from lowering.
• If the power has been interrupted, it can affect the operation of your motorized screen.
• If your remote control isn’t working and the light doesn’t come on when you press the buttons, it’s likely time to change the batteries.
• We recommend not using your motorized screen if winds are over 25 miles per hour.
• Once or twice a season, clean the mesh fabric, housing, and tracks with water, mild detergent, and a soft brush or cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or a pressure washer. Allow the mesh to dry before retracting it back into the housing.
